Hi, I’m Zay!
An Arkansas native, mom to my beautiful daughter Dana, and a proud helicopter pilot in the Army National Guard.

My love for coffee started when I was little, watching The Golden Girls with my mom and aunt as they sipped their evening cups. It didn’t take long before I fell in love with it myself.

For years, I dreamed of starting my own coffee business, but in 2025 I finally took that leap of faith. I truly believe God has guided every step of this journey. Which is why I’m overwhelmed with joy to share Hallelujah Coffee Company with you all.

We are a mobile espresso cart that can set up anywhere! Corporate events, birthdays, retirement parties, bridal showers, grand openings, and more. Wherever you need great coffee and warm service, I’m there.

At my core, I love God, community, family, and I love coffee. Sharing the good news of the Gospel is a calling we all carry, and Hallelujah Coffee Company is my own small offering toward that mission.
